Our Strategic Plan

Te Pito Mata was a vision created in 2016 which still applies in terms of aspirations of the Trust and whānau at the time of its creation. The ultimate goal of rangatiratanga and mana motuhake remain and our shared values principles of the journey ahead are as strong as ever. "Te Paepae Ārahi" means to lead from the pae which is a visionary statement that captures our views of enabling leadership through gathered support and direction through tika, pono, aroha.

We are now in the process of renewing our Strategic Plan and will be looking forward to sharing this journey with our whānau whanui.
